Meet Andy
Hi — I’m Andy Pitney. I wash houses across Wellington and Lower Hutt: weatherboards, decks, paths, roofs and gutters.
I use a cleaning solution to loosen dirt and mould, then a low-pressure wash. Windows and doors get hand-scrubbed. I’m careful around plants, and I work from the ground whenever the job allows.

We agree the scope
House only, or decks, paths, roof, gutters too. Complexes welcome — not only cottages.
Low-pressure wash
Solution on, careful rinse, hand detail on windows and doors. Safe methods only — Site Safe Height & Harness, public liability.
Quality and safety
Site Safe Member Certificate — Height & Harness. Public liability insurance. If there is no safe way to do the work, it will not be done.
